Lush North America is seeking a Store Manager at Easton Town Center in Columbus to lead daily operations, drive sales, and champion the brand’s values. You will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team while delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a true leader, you’ll manage budgets, set goals, monitor KPIs, and foster growth from within. A strong emphasis on DEIB and ethical practices guides daily decisions and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years managing in a retail environment.
• Strong HR skills in hiring, scheduling, training, conflict resolution and performance management.
