Job summary

Blufox Mobile in Richmond, VA, is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences for Comcast Xfinity products. You will recruit, coach, and develop staff, manage daily operations, monitor KPIs, and ensure inventory accuracy while maintaining a customer-first culture.

Bilingual English/Spanish is required; flexibility for evenings and weekends is expected.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail sales team
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new employees
• Foster a positive, customer-focused, and sales-driven culture
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development planning

Sales & Business Growth

• Drive store revenue and exceed sales goals
• Monitor KPIs including sales performance, customer satisfaction, and productivity
• Identify opportunities to increase customer acquisition and retention
• Implement sales strategies that support company growth objectives

Customer Experience

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a best-in-class customer experience
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally

Operations & Store Performance

• Manage daily store operations, scheduling, and staffing
• Maintain inventory accuracy and merchandising standards

Required

• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Previous experience as a:
  • Retail Store Manager
  • Sales Manager

• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve performance goals
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Preferred

• Experience in telecommunications, wireless, internet, cable, or technology sales
• Experience with Comcast Xfinity, wireless carriers, or consumer electronics retail environments
• Multi-unit retail or high-volume sales experience
