Job summary

Blufox Mobile is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead our location and drive sales growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role prioritizes coaching a high-performing team, maintaining strong operations, and representing the Comcast Xfinity product suite within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), has prior Retail Store Manager or Sales Manager experience, and demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and strategic

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail sales team.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new employees.
• Foster a positive, customer-focused, and sales-driven culture.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development planning.
• Drive store revenue and exceed sales goals.
• Monitor KPIs including sales performance, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer acquisition and retention.
• Implement sales strategies that support company growth objectives.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a best-in-class customer experience.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
• Build strong relationships with customers and the local community.

Preferred

• Experience in telecommunications, wireless, internet, cable, or technology sales
• Experience with Comcast Xfinity, wireless carriers, or consumer electronics retail environments
• Multi-unit retail or high-volume sales experience
