- Lead the customer experience by managing talent, inspiring your team, and ensuring every customer receives a great, personalized experience.
- Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, manage the budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory.
- Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring staff follow safety, security rules and company policies.
- Maintain the store’s appearance and presentation to reflect brand standards.
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
- Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
- Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
- Self-starter with a drive to learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Passion for hair and beauty.
