Job summary

Carter's, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Thornton, CO to lead a team that delivers friendly, inclusive customer experiences and drives sales of baby and children’s apparel across Carter's brands. You will coach staff, manage merchandise, and ensure payroll efficiency while upholding brand standards.

You will analyze KPIs, grow talent, and collaborate with leadership to create a welcoming store environment and strong customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or related management experience.
