Five Below is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead from the floor, energize a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional in-store experiences. You will balance operations, coaching, and customer moments to drive sales and create a WOW environment.

The role requires 5–10+ years of leadership, with the ability to grow talent, manage labor, and maintain a fast-paced, high-volume store. A promotion-from-within mindset is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of leadership experience in managing teams and delivering results.
• Experience leading a store or large department is preferred.
• Internal promotion from assistant or co-manager is a plus.

What You Bring to the Team

5–10+ years of leadership experience where you’ve led teams and delivered results.

Experience managing a store or large department — retail preferred but not required.

You’ve grown from the inside — promotion from assistant or co-manager roles is a big plus.

Comfort leading in fast-paced, high-volume, or high-complexity store environments.
