Job summary

Sally Beauty is seeking a Store Manager for our South Carolina location. The role drives sales, leads a team, and delivers an exceptional customer experience while managing inventory and store safety. You will oversee daily operations, train staff, and ensure adherence to company policies and budgets.

Ideal candidates bring a minimum of 3 years in customer service/retail and 1 year in sales leadership, with a passion for hair and beauty. Cosmetology background is a plus but not required.

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements
