Responsibilities include driving store sales growth, managing operating costs, ensuring proper staffing and training, maintaining compliance with programs, supporting company initiatives, and handling safety incidents.

• Drive store sales growth, promotional sales, customer service surveys/results, and fuel break even.
• Manage store operating costs to be at or below plan.
• Ensure store is fully staffed with succession plans in place, train store team members to be highly proficient, follow training guidelines, and demonstrate principles and core competencies.
• Maintain compliance to fuel and merchandising programs.
• Support company initiatives/roll-outs and maintain changes.
• Report and handle all safety incidents per company guidelines.

Minimum requirements include being 18+ years old (19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky, 21 in Illinois, Arkansas, Kansas, and Alabama), possessing a Bachelor's Degree or 1 year of continuous Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager experience, ability to perform physical tasks, and performing other duties as required.
