We are a locally owned franchise of one of the fastest growing upscale thrift store brands in the country. We buy and sell new and used clothing everyday! COMING SOON TO CENTERVILLE!

Responsibilities:

• Work in the areas of Merchandising, Operations, Customer Service, and HR
• Conduct interviews for new candidates
• Conduct performance reviews for current team members
• Ensure every customer has a positive shopping experience
• Hire, train, supervise and mentor a team of Associates
• Manage the daily activity of the sales floor, backroom/backstock, and inventory
• Ensure store stays clean and organized
• Review reports daily to track inventory and ensure we have the maximum amount of product on the sales floor
• Improve store layout and efficiency
• This is a salaried position with varying hours

Requirements:

• Two years of retail leadership experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager
• Excellent interpersonal, strong communication, and follow through skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and empower a team of 10-15 employees
• Work with and embrace a very diverse group of employees and customers
• Reliable transportation
• Must be available some evenings, weekends, & holidays
• Must be familiar with both men and women's (young adult) fashion trends
