Essential Job Functions
- * Lead the clinic's sales efforts by consistently achieving and exceeding individual and clinic sales goals.
- * Execute sales strategies designed to increase revenue, improve conversion rates, and maximize average ticket value.
- * Monitor sales performance and KPI metrics while providing regular reporting to senior leadership.
- * Lead by example through daily consultations and high-level sales performance.
- * Conduct personalized consultations by identifying each client's goals, concerns, and desired outcomes.
- * Educate clients on laser hair removal, treatment expectations, technology, safety, pricing, and financing options.
- * Build trust through education while creating customized treatment plans that meet each client's needs.
- * Confidently present recommendations, overcome objections, and close treatment plans.
- * Create urgency through ethical sales techniques while maintaining an exceptional client experience.
- * Maintain a consistent follow-up strategy to maximize lead conversion and minimize lost opportunities.
- * Promote package upgrades, additional treatment areas, memberships, and complementary services when appropriate.
Team Development
- * Train, coach, and mentor Clinic Coordinators and Technicians on consultative selling, client education, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- * Conduct regular sales coaching, role-playing, and performance reviews to improve individual and team results.
- * Set clear sales expectations and hold team members accountable for achieving KPI goals.
- * Foster a positive, competitive, and performance-driven sales culture.
Client Experience
- * Deliver a luxury-level consultation experience that exceeds client expectations.
- * Ensure every client feels welcomed, educated, and confident throughout their purchasing journey.
- * Resolve client concerns professionally while protecting the client experience and company reputation.
- * Partner with technicians to ensure seamless communication regarding client goals and treatment expectations.
Operations
- * Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols established by the Medical Director.
- * Maintain accurate client documentation and CRM records.
- * Oversee scheduling, reporting, and administrative responsibilities as needed.
- * Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and clinic presentation.
- * Participate in community events and marketing initiatives to generate new business.
- * Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Client Services to continually improve the client experience.
- * Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- * Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) or 5 years experience in consultive sales
- * Minimum 5 years of consultative sales experience with a proven record of exceeding sales goals.
- * Previous leadership or sales management experience preferred.
- * Experience in aesthetics, medical spa, cosmetic, luxury retail, or other high-ticket sales environments strongly preferred.
- * Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- * Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- * Strong closing skills with the ability to train others to sell effectively.
- * Highly self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
- * CRM experience preferred.
- * Laser Hair Removal or aesthetic industry knowledge is a plus.

Schedule
