Job summary

Catalyst Brands is seeking a Store Manager to lead a store team, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and drive sales and profitability. You will hire and train associates, manage operations, and maintain brand standards across store performance.

Reporting to the District Sales Manager, you will recruit top talent, coach staff, and optimize staffing while ensuring cost controls and merchandising excellence. This role requires a energetic leader with a passion for growth and brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Store Manager in similar volume, apparel (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical goals.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• May require occasional travel to other store locations and attend district meetings.

You are responsible for managing all aspects of a store, including hiring and training the best associates to represent the brand and overseeing all store operations to reach company sales and profitability goals. The Store Manager reports to the District Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Use statistical information and market knowledge to create action plans and achieve financial, customer-service and operational goals, while addressing the store unique strengths and challenges.
• Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty by using company tools.
