Job summary

Dandy is seeking a Store Manager to lead a TEAM in a fast and fun retail environment. You will oversee daily store operations, deliver outstanding service to guests, and drive store performance with enthusiasm and integrity.

The ideal candidate has retail and supervisory experience, can coach and develop TEAM members, recruit and train staff, connect with the community, and ensure a clean, welcoming store that reflects Dandy's standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook and internet applications.
• Two years' experience in retail and two years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a TEAM and provide excellent customer service for guests in all areas of their Dandy experience.
• Coach and lead your TEAM to grow and succeed in their role and beyond.
• Communicate with your TEAM regarding store operations, staff performance, scheduling, training, and other important functions.
• Connect with the communities Dandy serves daily to establish positive relationships and store success.
• Recruit, hire, and train TEAM members to ensure great customer experiences.
• Monitor and analyze business processes and results to achieve store goals.
• Comply with Dandy programs, policies and procedures.
• Ensure a clean and tidy appearance throughout the store and work areas.

Education and Training:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook and internet applications.

Other Info:

• Two years' experience in the retail industry and two years supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods as well as perform bending, reaching, frequent lifting of 10-20 pounds of weight and occasional lifting of 50 pounds of weight.
