Job summary

Catalyst Brands is seeking a Store Manager for our Lucky Brand location in Thornton, CO to lead a high‑performing team, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and drive store profitability.

You will hire, train, and develop associates, manage daily operations, and partner with district leadership to meet sales goals while upholding brand standards. This role requires a proven retail leader with a track record of exceeding targets and a willingness to work evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Store Manager in a similar volume, apparel business.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to travel to other stores for district meetings when needed.

• Use market knowledge to create action plans for financial, customer-service and operational goals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.

The Store Manager reports to the District Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Use statistical information and market knowledge to create action plans and achieve financial, customer-service and operational goals, while addressing the store unique strengths and challenges.
• Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.

• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute management functions in the absence of Assistant Manager. Schedule employees to their strengths to maximize productivity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Store Manager in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed) and attend district meetings.
