Job summary

GNC in Tarpon Springs, FL seeks a dynamic Store Manager to lead daily store operations and a sales-focused team. You will coach staff, manage inventory and visuals, and promote the Live Well messaging to customers.

You will drive sales, ensure exceptional customer service, and represent the GNC brand in the community. This role requires leadership, planning, and a passion for health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support your team to provide exceptional service and guidance to customers.

• Build strong teams, demonstrate leadership, and manage recruiting, hiring, and performance management.
• Open, close, and operate the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory count, and deposits according to GNC procedures.
• Attend community fairs, conferences, meetings, and other public gatherings to promote GNC's mission and initiatives.

What We're Looking For

What You'll Do

Environmental Factors & Working Schedule

• Must stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
• Frequent reaching and bending below the waist and above the shoulders.
• Repetitive hand‑to‑finger motions and reaching with hands and arms.
• Frequently lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally up to 40 pounds; push/pull up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders, reach and bend.
• Work in temperatures ranging from 50–85°F, especially in stock room areas.
• Use of a computer up to 60% of the day.

Managers are expected to work a five‑day workweek of forty hours, with shift requirements varying by store location, as described in the original posting.
