NAPA in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-energy auto parts team, drive growth, and protect margins while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will own the store P&L, map out business initiatives, and coach the crew to achieve checkered-flag levels of performance and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for delivering customer care and building long term relationships.
• Knowledge of inventory controls, stocking levels and seasonal shifts is a plus.

• Technical or Trade school courses or degree
• Background and/or passion for automotive industry, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership.
• Experience in a parts store, auction, retail store, auto body/collision, or fast food/restaurant/convenience store management experience
• Entirely customer-centric (external/internal)
• ASE Certifications

We offer a competitive starting salary of $65,996 for this position. Please note that total compensation may vary based on individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
