As a Store Manager, you will empower your team to achieve outstanding operational results while delivering excellent customer service.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work on-site 100% of the time at the Smyrna GA (S Cobb Drive) Store.

Key Responsibilities

1. Achieve sales and profit goals by controlling expenses, working capital, inventory, shrinkage, and increasing net contribution.
2. Maintain high customer service standards.
3. Resolve customer issues effectively.
4. Engage and lead staff through training, mentoring, motivation, and resolving issues.
5. Understand the local market, operational selling, and customer base.
6. Ensure the store's exterior and interior, including merchandising displays, meet standards.

Qualifications

1. High School diploma or equivalent with 1+ years of retail experience; knowledge of paint and sundries is a plus.
2. Proficiency with computers and internet applications.
3. Flexible shifts, minimum 45 hours/week, valid driver’s license.
4. Ability to lift up to 80 pounds infrequently and 40-60 pounds routinely.
5. Consent to background checks, drug testing, and motor vehicle record checks.
