Salary: $48,000 to $60,000 D.O.E. | Job Description: C-store Manager | Reports to: District Manager | Hours: Full Time

Managers are accountable for leading profitable operations of their store. Managers are responsible for executing the focal points of the store, which include: Customer Service, Stock, Store appearance, and staffing of the store.

Responsibilities

• Create a user-friendly experience.
• Manage your staff to excel and grow in any role while anticipating staffing needs both short-term and long-term.
• Personalize recognition and appreciation to reinforce a "team-first" mindset.
• Address store needs (emergency, regulatory visits).

Qualifications

• 2 or more years of retail experience, c-store, big box, grocery, or department store.
• 1 year or more of management experience in a retail environment of at least 5-10 employees.
• Flexible hours - including but not limited to nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office.
