World Market is seeking a skilled store leader to drive a customer-first selling culture, uphold visual brand standards, and lead a high-performance, customer-focused team. This role emphasizes coaching, recognition, and accountability to deliver exceptional experiences and sustained sales results.

You will oversee merchandising execution, scheduling, and operational discipline while ensuring safety and data integrity.

Qualifications
