Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Roanoke, VA, responsible for leading all aspects of store operations. This role oversees daily activities including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, merchandising, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The Store Manager guides and develops team members to deliver knowledgeable, friendly service and to promote health and wellness solutions that align with customer needs. This position is accountable for driving sales, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing company initiatives that support store growth and profitability. The Store Manager also enforces operational standards and loss prevention procedures while fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on creating positive, solution-oriented experiences.
• Strong Communication skills to effectively lead team members, interact with customers, and collaborate with leadership.
• Experience in Store Management, including supervising staff, overseeing daily operations, and managing key performance indicators.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrink and maintain compliance with company policies.
• Previous retail or specialty store management experience, preferably in health, wellness, or related industries.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, inventory tools, and basic computer applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management, or a related field is beneficial.
