Automotive Management Group is seeking a motivated Manager to lead our busy automotive repair shop in Reading, PA. You will be the face of the location, interact with customers, and dispatch service work to technicians.

This is a sales-driven, family-like team environment focused on growth and service excellence. The role offers a base salary with commissions and bonuses, with an earning potential of $80,000-$120,000 in the first year, plus benefits including healthcare and a 401(k).

Job Description

Candidate will be the face of the location and will be directly interacting with customers as well as dispatching service work to technicians. Experience in the automotive industry a plus but willing to train the right candidate.

Candidate will need to be a self starter who takes responsibility and accountability for their location and drives results. A strong background in sales and customer service will translate well.

Pay

Year 1 earning potential: $80,000-$120,000

Base salary with commission and bonus

Performance based pay scale

Schedule

• 5 day work week
• Saturdays are a requirement
• Some holidays required
