Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a Store Manager in Peachtree Corners, GA. The ideal candidate has 2 years of management experience in roles such as shift lead, assistant manager, or store manager, and is enthusiastic about helping others stay health-conscious.

You will ensure franchise policies are followed, supervise employees, schedule weekly, handle ordering and inventory, and report to the District Manager. Experience with Smoothie King is preferred, and weekly pay with tips are available.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience required in roles like shift lead, assistant manager or store manager.
• Learn franchise policies and ensure the store is following the policies.
• Learn franchise procedures for making smoothies and food, and work on the line when necessary.
• Hire all employees and supervise Team Members and Team Leaders.
• Reporting to the District Manager; weekly employee schedules.
• Ordering and inventory counts; pays weekly; tips available.

The Manager is responsible for all operations of the Smoothie King, including the following:

Learn all franchise policies and ensure the store is following the policies

Learn all franchise procedures for making smoothies and food, and work on the line when necessary

Hire all employees

Supervise all employees, including Team Members and Team Leaders
