Job summary

Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Owensboro, KY, to lead a team and deliver best-in-class service for our baby and young children brands.

You’ll coach, develop, and empower your team, build a strong talent pipeline, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive shopping environment that reflects our brand values. You’ll drive store performance through payroll management, budget adherence, and KPI analysis while fostering an omnichannel shopping experience and top-tier customer engagement.
