Job description

Store Manager Job at CPR Cell Phone Repair Portsmouth NH, NH

The store manager acts as the store’s team leader. You are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store. As the store manager, you should feel comfortable delegating tasks and playing off of your teammates' strengths. It is your responsibility to identify patterns and recurring issues in the front and back end of the business. You should have (at least) a basic understanding of all aspects of your business.

  • Stay current on industry trends
  • Sales/developing and maintaining relationships with carrier employees
  • Handle all customer service issues
  • Maintain store filing system
  • Participate in job interviews

  • Estimate requests from emails
  • Update Facebook and other social media
