Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in USA Marshalls Store Monticello, MN is seeking an experienced store leader to oversee merchandising, operations, customer service, and human resources in a high-volume environment.

• Manage store expense control and payroll to optimize business
• Focus staff on Loss Prevention priorities
• Ensure every customer has a positive shopping experience
• Recruit, train, develop and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers
• Provide individualized development for Assistant Store Managers to ensure their ability to be promoted to Store Manager positions

Who We’re Looking For: You.

This is a bonus eligible position with a starting pay range of $30.02 to $41.29 annually. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
