Marshalls in Monticello, MN, part of The TJX Companies, invites experienced retail leaders to join our team. As Store or District Manager, you will oversee merchandising, operations, and human resources, and drive sales in a high-volume location.

You will coach and develop a large team of associates and assistant managers, focus on loss prevention, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role offers competitive pay and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of retail leadership experience in a store or district role.
• Proven ability to develop and motivate a large team.
• Experience in managing high-volume store operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist accountable for merchandising, operations, customer service and HR in a high-volume store.

• Manage store expenses and payroll to optimize the business.
• Lead loss prevention initiatives and staff development.

• Assist Accountable for Merchandising, Operations, Customer Service and Human Resources within a high volume store location
• Develop creative plans to increase store sales
• Manage store expense control and payroll to optimize business
• Focus staff on Loss Prevention priorities
• Ensure every customer has a positive shopping experience
• Recruit, train, develop and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers
• Provide individualized development for Assistant Store Managers to ensure their ability to be promoted to Store Manager positions

Who We're Looking For: You.

• Three to five years' retail leadership experience as a Store or District Manager
• Proven ability to manage, develop and motivate a large team
• Previous volume responsibility of $5 million or more
• Strong interpersonal, communication and follow through skills

This is a bonus eligible position with a starting pay range of $30.02 to $41.29 annually. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
