Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Training to lead a dynamic team and deliver outstanding customer service. You will recruit and develop associates, train on operations and merchandising, and delegate daily store activities to ensure smooth operations.

You will help maximize store profitability, enforce policies, and maintain a safe, friendly environment for customers and staff. A quarterly bonus is available upon achieving performance goals.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years prior retail management experience is preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus is preferred.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Must be able to lift 30 to 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet physical demands with or without accommodation.

• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders
