Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking a Store Manager in Loveland, CO to lead daily operations, drive sales, manage visual standards and control payroll and expenses. You will hire and develop a team of Co-Managers, Assistants and Stylists while upholding Windsor’s values and customer focus.

You’ll analyze KPI data to boost performance, ensure Loss Prevention procedures, and maintain Windsor Merchandising Directives.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership and ability to develop a team of up to 25 employees.
• Effective communication in group settings and one-on-one.
• Ability to analyze KPI reporting and translate into actions.

Responsibilities

• Drive store productivity and profitability through sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses.
• Hire, lead and develop a high-performing team of Co-Managers, Assistant Managers and Stylists.
• Manage daily operations and visual standards in line with Windsor guidelines.
• Uphold Loss Prevention and safety procedures and ensure audit standards are met.

As a full time Windsor Store Manager you are responsible for driving our mission statement in your store. You manage all aspects of daily operations, visual standards and make decisions that impact store performance and profitability. You are accountable for achieving store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll and expenses. You hire, lead and develop a high performing team of fashion loving Co-Managers, Assistant Managers and Stylists while treating everyone with dignity and respect.

Physical Demands

Frequently stands, walks, observes, bends and pushes. Must be able to count, communicate, read and write in English. Must be able to: access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area and register area, operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store, climb ladders, move or handle merchandise or supplies throughout the store (generally weighing from 0-25 pounds) and work varied hours/days to oversee store operations. Environment is fast paced and indoor temperature conditions vary.
