Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead retail operations and drive sales across a Bridgestone Tire & Auto Center. The role demands a flexible schedule, typically 40+ hours weekly, including weekends, with focus on customer service and store performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, order scheduling, and merchandising displays.
• Must be able to assist customers for personal sales as well as complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Exceptional teammate and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.

Job Category Retail Position Summary

As an exempt leadership role, Store Managers are expected to maintain a flexible schedule that supports the needs of the business. This position typically requires 40+ hours per week, generally across five days, including weekends. Additional hours may be required based on staffing levels, customer demand, store performance, and overall business needs.

Pay Range: $61,300.00 - $104,200.00 Bridgestone is committed to fair and lawful compensation practices. All employees receive pay that meets or exceeds the applicable minimum wage requirements.
