Russell Cellular, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, seeks a Store Manager in La Junta, CO to lead wireless retail operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will manage sales, train staff, and drive business growth at our Verizon Premium Wireless location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base.
• Motivation and inner drive to learn, grow, and excel.
• A knack for technology and the ability to learn wireless products quickly.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Outgoing, motivating, confident team leader with the ability to inspire others.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating retail sales of cellular phones and wireless services to the general public.
• Creating additional sales opportunities through creative marketing campaigns.
• Continually increasing knowledge of telecommunications products and services.
• Observing sales reps' process, teaching best practices and ensuring top-tier customer service.
• Seeking additional sales through community involvement and campaigns.
• Developing and monitoring plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals.
• Screening job applicants and conducting interviews; assisting with hiring under district guidance.

What will you do in your role?

Youwill equip people with the wireless products they need and make sure that youprovide the best wireless experience to every customer, every time.

• Facilitating retail salesof cellular phones and wireless services to the general public

• Prepare WirelessSpecialist reviews with approval from the District Sales Manager
• Facilitate new hire salestraining program and ensuring that are required elements are completed
• Pre-screening of jobapplicants and conducting all interviews
• Hiring of new employeeswith approval from the District Sales Manager
• Conduct disciplinaryaction plans as needed with approval from the District Sales Manager
