Confie Auto Insurance in Fort Worth is hiring a Store Manager who will drive sales, lead the store team, and mentor staff to achieve targets. You will expand business by building relationships with customers and ensuring top-notch service.

The role demands a license in Personal Lines or Property & Casualty preferred but not required, plus bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and a 2- or 4-year degree or equivalent experience. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• License in Personal Lines or Property & Casualty preferred but not required.

• 2- or 4-year college degree or equivalent experience/education.
• Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams.
• Understanding fiduciary duty and maintaining high integrity and ethics.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team’s daily performance and targets.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to meet production and active customer goals.
• Coach sales team members to deliver high-quality customer care.
• Oversee the sales team to achieve targets and monitor performance.
• Assist with escalated customer service issues and questions.
• Execute all aspects of Store Operational Excellence (SOE).

$18 - $22 / hour

What You Will Do:

The Store Manager is the driving force behind our business. This exciting position will challenge your sales abilities and give you the opportunity to gain substantial financial rewards, along with mentoring others to achieve the same. We are hiring talented leaders committed to their own success.

• Lead the sales team’s daily performance and/or targets
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet the agreed upon production and active customer goals
• Coach members of the sales team to deliver a standard of customer care consistently
• Oversee the sales team to achieve operational targets and monitoring performance
• Assists with any escalated customer service issues and/or questions that may arise
• Executes all aspects of Store Operational Excellence (SOE)

The Perfect Match:

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• 2 or 4 year college degree or equivalent of experience/education
• Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams
• Understanding of fiduciary duty and maintaining high levels of integrity and ethics
