We’re seeking a Store Manager who will be at the forefront of bringing fandom to life. You’ll lead the store in achieving sales targets, recruiting, development, and performance management. You should be a retail leader capable of handling various challenges, passionate about developing talent, and committed to providing excellent customer service. In short, you’re a superhero.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Achieve sales plans and/or comparable sales goals. While it’s about the numbers, it’s also about the experience.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a passionate, collaborative team to run your store.
  • Create buzz and engage customers through social media, store web applications, and clienteling.
  • Lead an operationally sound business by balancing organization, delegation, autonomy, and customer-first selling practices.
  • Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll, scheduling, and external factors affecting the business.
  • Communicate with retail leadership and HQ about trends and customer feedback.
  • Use sales reports and data to guide strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Manage store operations, adapt to new technologies, communicate policies, and control supply spending.
  • Merchandise the store effectively, leveraging planograms and launching promotions on time.
  • Mentor and recognize staff to build a talented, passionate team.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience leading successful teams, with skills in communication, recruiting, and operations.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • A high school diploma or GED; a degree is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-changing retail environment.
  • Open-mindedness and curiosity about pop culture fandoms and trends.
  • Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay rate: $23.75 - $29.70 per hour. Final salary depends on education, location, experience, and other factors.
