Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking a Store Operations Leader in Escondido, CA to oversee all aspects of store activity including coaching teammates, merchandising, promotions and customer service. The role drives sales, trains staff, manages payroll and budgets, and ensures customer satisfaction while maintaining records and social compliance.

A valid driver's license is required for front-line duties.

Qualifications
