Job summary

QUICK USA in Texas seeks a Store Manager for our new Gashapon Shop in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will lead opening operations, supervise a small team, ensure friendly customer service, and create an exciting shopping experience with Japanese characters and kawaii goods.

You will handle daily duties, inventory, merchandising, scheduling, and training while maintaining high standards of service. Prior retail or guest-facing leadership is preferred; English is required, Japanese knowledge a

Summary

A leading Japanese entertainment company is looking for you to join our team as an opening staff at Gashapon Shop. We operate more than 300 Gashapon shops in Japan. We are pleased to announce the opening of one of the largest stores in Texas. Want to work in a fun filled environment with a team that’s focused on exciting Japanese characters and "Kawaii" goods? Come join our team. The important thing is to provide customers with an exciting view of the world. Customers of all ages, from children to the elderly, come to the store, and the key is to provide friendly customer service tailored to each individual customer.

Essential Duties

• Serving customers and responding to customer inquiries
• Stocking and restocking items, inventory count
• Displaying sample products and making POPs
• Receiving phone calls
• Cleaning and managing gashapon vending machines
• Cleaning the sales area and garbage collection
• Hiring, training, retaining and developing team, including employee shift management

Please do not worry if you are not familiar with anime or characters, as you will naturally learn as you work in this fun filled environment.

• Full-time
• Flexible availability required, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
