Job summary

Men's Wearhouse is seeking a Store Manager in the United States, New Jersey area to lead the store team to achieve sales performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will recruit, hire, and train staff, and coach the team to maintain operational excellence and a high NPS.

• Create a culture of learning and development, ensuring training tools are leveraged.

Pay Range

$28-$38/hour

We take into consideration an individual's skills, background and experience determining salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift, frequently bend, squat and twist,
