Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking a Store Manager (full-time) in Buffalo, NY to oversee all staff and store operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and consistent presentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of retail experience with staff supervision.

• Display organizational skills with the ability to coordinate people, resources, and services to address business goals and needs.
• Process information or merchandise through the computer system and POS register system.
• Be flexible and occasionally perform work outside your specific role.

The pay range of this position is $62,400-$80,000/yr plus commission. Actual salary will be determined based off candidate's skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and 401K, if applicable.
