Bridgestone Americas, Inc. in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Store Manager to lead a retail team in a fast-paced automotive parts environment.

This exempt leadership role typically requires 40+ hours per week, including weekends, with responsibilities spanning customer service, store promotions, payroll tracking and staff scheduling. Bridgestone emphasizes development and competitive pay in a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, order scheduling, and merchandising displays.
• Must be able to assist customers for personal sales as well as complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Exceptional teammate and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.

Position Summary As an exempt leadership role, Store Managers are expected to maintain a flexible schedule that supports the needs of the business. This position typically requires 40+ hours per week, generally across five days, including weekends. Additional hours may be required based on staffing levels, customer demand, store performance, and overall business needs.Pay Range: $61,300.00 - $104,200.00 Bridgestone is committed to fair and lawful compensation practices. All employees receive pay that meets or exceeds the applicable minimum wage requirements.
