Join Our Team as a Store Manager at Palm Beach Tan

We are seeking outgoing, energetic, and positive leaders to represent our brand, develop sales teams, provide exceptional customer service, and cultivate long-term customer relationships.

Salary ranges from $32,500 to $38,000 annually, depending on location and experience. Additionally, earn uncapped commissions up to 15% based on performance and participate in a bonus program based on store performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing daily salon operations, including staffing, hiring, and retention
• Achieving sales quotas on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Consulting with customers professionally and enthusiastically
• Building customer loyalty and long-term relationships
• Marketing to increase customer traffic
• Maintaining client billing records and managing delinquent accounts
• Ensuring the salon is clean and organized
• Handling cash, opening, and closing the store
• Completing administrative tasks and tracking goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience
• Minimum of two years management experience or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
• Strong sales drive and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for over 7 hours daily
