Journeys Shoe St Bellis Fair Mall in Bellingham, WA seeks a Store Manager in Training to recruit, hire, train, and manage store personnel to reach sales goals and protect company assets.

Lead a high-energy team, plan weekly staffing, coach performance, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You should be 18+, able to work 45 hours per week including nights and weekends, with 1–2 years of retail experience. • Supervise and manage all aspects of Loss Prevention practices.
• Plan weekly staffing schedules in compliance with schedules policy.
• Provide a fun, full service experience to all customers.
• Resolve customer issues effectively.
• Understand the Journeys culture and demonstrate it to the team.

JOB SUMMARY
