Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership in community engagement, customer service, sales, and team development
- Ensure store culture aligns with Staples values and community commitment
- Create a customer-centric, consultative environment for small business clients
- Empower team members through coaching and teaching
- Lead sales, print & marketing services, and retail operations
- Drive profitable sales and margins, improve performance year over year
- Ensure operational excellence and flawless execution
- Coach managers and supervisors in consultative selling and solutions
- Handle additional responsibilities as needed
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 1 year of store management experience in retail
- Operational experience with analysis, planning, and results-driven results
- Experience in creating customer-centric, consultative selling environments
- Proven ability to develop teams and drive profitable sales
- Physical ability to lift/move materials (10-50 pounds), climb ladders, stand, and walk

Preferred Skills and Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- Ability to engage with the community and support small business customers
