Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with ability to deliver memorable shopping experiences.
• Ability to analyze sales data and manage budgets.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in retail management software.
• Willing to relocate within network as needed.
• Read/write English and perform business mathematics.
