Town Pump is seeking a Store Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance of the entire property, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, at our Helena location. You will supervise maintenance staff and housekeeping, coordinate with the store manager, and manage logs and safety materials.

The role requires working with outside contractors, ensuring timely work completion, and providing training and orientation for new staff. A valid Boilers License is preferred where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical.
• Proven ability to supervise maintenance staff and tradespeople.
• Ability to work with store management and outside contractors.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the entire property interiors and exteriors, including pumps and systems.
• Coordinate with outside repair people to ensure satisfactory work completion.
• Supervise maintenance workers and housekeeping staff, including training and discipline.
• Meet with store management to discuss maintenance-related operations.
• Maintain logs, safety manuals, and electrical schematics; manage lighting replacements.
• Review work orders and report completion to the store manager as instructed.
• Provide flexible scheduling for emergencies and orient new staff.
