Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations including percentages.
• Knowledge of cash handling and deposit procedures.
• Familiarity with IBM cash register functions and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising and stocking according to established practices.
• Manage inventory processes including damages, markdowns and paperwork.
• Maintain in-stock targets through proper ordering and stock control.
• Provide superior customer service leadership and store operations support.
• Act as a role model by following company policies and procedures.
• Participate in opening and closing store activities.
• Ensure secure handling of company funds and cash control procedures.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and safe environment for customers and employees.
• Operate the store in the manager's absence when required.
• Review operating statements to identify trends and opportunities for efficiency.
• Complete all paperwork and documentation on time.
