Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our management team and drive excellence in store operations. You will supervise employees, coach staff, and support leadership development while upholding excellent customer service standards.

The role focuses on merchandising execution, loyalty programs, and safe, clean stores. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with a valid driver’s license and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership with Store Leader and staff.
• Focus on developing leaders and maintaining high retention.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service leadership, training and coaching to store employees.
• Help identify qualified applicants and develop future leaders.
• Support merchandising and marketing program execution and promotions.
• Manage cash handling and fueling transactions.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment in compliance with health and sanitation standards.
