• You are responsible for everything that happens in your Store, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Set the example and follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash handling, food management, scheduling and store cleanliness.
• Deliver great customer service and maintain attendance and punctuality.
