• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operation of a single store to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide store leadership training program for 3+ weeks.
• Hire, supervise and direct associates to deliver strong guest experiences.
• Support store management in daily operations and target achievement.
