Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, seeks an Assistant Manager to lead a single Naples, FL store, overseeing hiring, coaching, and directing associates to meet financial goals while delivering outstanding guest experiences. A multi-week leadership training program supports your success.

You will engage in ongoing development with chances for advancement, and must flexibly cover opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays, while upholding food safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist store operations for a single location, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide training and leadership to staff through the store leadership program.
• Support ongoing store performance and guest satisfaction through effective supervision and teamwork.
