Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and coordinate daily operational activities to maximize store performance.
  • Develop merchandising strategies and promotions with store management to maximize sales and service levels.
  • Manage operating budgets and monitor financial performance, identifying actions to improve results.
  • Review store appearance to ensure standards for customer service, productivity, and financial performance.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and distribution to enable proper receipt, storage, and movement of merchandise.
  • Review stock assortments and coordinate corrective actions with buyers to achieve stockturn and margin goals.
  • Oversee loss prevention and safety procedures and complete operational audits with management.
