Job summary

Skechers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Warwick, RI to lead daily store operations, coach a team, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will manage inventory, merchandising, schedules, and processes to support store profitability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Retail or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver great customer service.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure product displays and store layouts meet Skechers standards.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and restock as needed.
• Operations Management: Oversee scheduling, opening/closing, and store procedures; lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
• Sales Management: Drive revenue growth and set performance expectations.
• Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges and customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
