Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opens/closes, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain Panda standards of service.
• Participate in three or more weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
• Collaborate with team to achieve objectives and manage conflicts effectively.
