Panda Express in Charlotte is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee a single store and drive guest satisfaction. You will participate in a 3+ week leadership training program designed to prepare you for advancement within our Panda community.

You’ll hire, coach and direct associates to hit financial goals while ensuring exceptional guest experiences, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth into management positions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Availability for flexible schedules including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• ADA accommodations available during application and employment process.
